Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use imaginehas.skin and the referral service Imaginehas Floor Coating offers through it. When you browse the site, call its number or send a form, you agree to them. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Offer

Imaginehas Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. We do not sell coatings. We do not prep, coat or repair floors. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Every provider you are connected with is an independent company. That company alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they work, or how the job turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Your Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any costs we mention are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job. None of them is a quote. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

Fair Use of the Site

Give accurate information. Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to get into areas you are not allowed to access.

Being Contacted

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@imaginehas.skin.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Imaginehas Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Imaginehas Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.

Changes

We may change these terms whenever we need to. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
