Why this site exists
Most people never think about coating a floor until the garage starts to look rough. Then the questions pile up. Is that stain oil or moisture? Can paint cover a crack? Who do I even ask?
We wrote this site the way a handy neighbor would talk. Here is what you can safely try yourself, like sweeping, scrubbing and taping a plastic sheet to the slab to test for moisture. Here is where to hand the job off. Know when to stop.
How matching works
You call or send a request. Share your town, the type of floor and what bothers you. We pass those details to a provider in our network that serves your part of the Calabasas area. The provider contacts you, looks at the slab and gives you a written quote.

What we ask of providers
We ask the independent providers in our network to:
- Hold any licenses and insurance your state requires
- Inspect the slab and check for moisture before quoting
- Put the quote in writing
- Explain prep, products and cure times in plain words

What Imaginehas Floor Coating does not do
We do not grind, patch, coat or seal floors. We do not set prices or run work schedules. Independent providers do the work, and your agreement is with them.
We also do not promise outcomes. Results depend on the slab, the prep and the product the provider uses.
How Imaginehas Floor Coating makes money
Providers in our network pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You do not pay Imaginehas Floor Coating to request an estimate. Your quote comes from the provider, so read it closely and ask questions.
