Reach homeowners who want coated floors

Imaginehas Floor Coating is a referral service. We do not hire staff to do floor work. Instead, we connect homeowners who have asked about their garage or concrete floors with independent providers in our network. If you coat floors for a living, this is a way to meet people who are ready to talk.

Who fits the network

We look for independent contractors who handle jobs such as:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Concrete floor coating
• Polyaspartic floor coating
• Custom floor finishes and related slab repair

You should serve homes in or near the Calabasas area and be comfortable with older slabs, stucco ranch homes and tract houses that have never seen a coating.

What we expect

Homeowners are often first-timers. They need clear answers and fair treatment. We expect providers to:

• Hold any licenses and insurance required in California
• Return homeowner inquiries politely and promptly
• Inspect the slab and test for moisture before quoting
• Give quotes in writing, with prep and products spelled out
• Do the work as agreed and stand behind it

You run your own business, set your own prices and choose your own jobs. Your agreement is with the homeowner.

How to apply
